I am trying to rip the Lord of the Rings extended editions. Each movie is two discs. Is there a way to crate one file from both discs combined?

I have had issues ripping the Harry Potter blurays. The program will rip everything except the film itself, them it says titles failed to be saved. Anyone have a fix for this?
