Always submit if your disc doesn't work even if it's been posted here. Sometimes the keys change.

I did a full disc backup which completed but there was a hash error. Will try the disc again once the Keys are updated.

I have successfully backed up both the BestBuy and Walmart discs and submitted both Dumps. Awaiting Keys.

Mine gets 2/3 through and then fails. Looks like 34GB main feature file size. Output file is 21GB before failure. Purchased my blu ray from Amazon. Interestingly, all the featurettes rip just fine. I see people talking about dump files. Is there something I need to submit so there can be a workarou...

Don't feel too bad. It came with interior damage and a loose disc. I have a backup coming via amazon next week.

Zombieland UHD MKB21_v70_Zombieland_CC8B.tgz won't decrypt. I submitted Dump a while ago.
