Yes, I created the backup with MakeMKV.

Maybe I have the same Problem. - I try to open a Disc, I have made a backup from to my SSD-Drive.

Everytime I try to open the BDMV-File or the MKB_RO.inf I got the message "video can't be decrypted Failed to open disc".

Unfortunately I’m not able to open the Bluray Sputnik.

On every try I get the Error-Message:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I have send the created AACS dump file now 3 times to svq@makemkv.com on 21.12.2020, 11.01.2021 and on 06.02.2021 ...

Same Problem here, also a german 2D Blu-ray. - Send the file.

My German, Region B BD works now! - Thank you!

My Blu Ray (also German, Region B) still doesn't work....

I guess with the region B-Code, we have to be patient a few more days.

Yesterday I have send in the dump-file and received a answer today, that the support team need another file. - I have send it in today, I hope the software will get an update soon...

The same FTU-Message and picture errors here on a german Blu Ray. - So I guess it is still not working.

My BD of Interstellar has AACS v50

It worked on OS X Yosemite with a Samsung SE-506 AB Drive and MakeMKV 1.9.1

The Disc Information I have is a bit different:

I'm unable to create an MKV-File from the Bluray "The Outsider". Everything seems to work als normal, but then it doesn't save the File to the hard drive.

I have cleaned the disc, tried another Audio-Track, started the Macbook new, used another USB-Port, nothing helped. - I'm using MakeMKV 1.9.1 on ...
