Sorry - steps for the above were: Rip the disc to HD (using Backup setting) in MakeMKV. Open package contents (I'm on a mac) and then look through STREAM folder. Copy over anything in there that looked like actual movie footage (all the 500s) Watch them in turn in VLC and number them off in order (t...

In UK and have been through laborious (but free) process of finding correct playlist on UK Blu-ray. They have created a series of dummy playlists on the disc to discourage ripping.
