I think the file I'm looking for is 1.03-MK.bin but not 100% sure.

Looking for the firmware files for a plain old WH16NS40, i.e. not the NS50 flavor, can anyone point me in the right direction?

There's not on in "The all you need firmware pack" or "mk-firmware-pack-20200720" which is all I've been able to find so far.

Anyone have a download link for me?

The file has a Russian audio track as the primary and English secondary, so I'm trying to make a new .mkv file leaving that outthe Russian one so the English track is the only one remaining.

Not sure why what I want to do with the file has any beaing on the error I'm reporting.

I'm trying to open a .mkv file that plays on my Windows PC and my Oppo console blu-ray player, but when I try and open it with MakeMkv I get error "V_MS/VFW/FOURCC/DX50 not recognized" followed by "file has no video tracks".

So I appear to be stuck in a loop - the app alternates every other launch with either my copy is too old, or it's removed my registration code and I need to enter a new one.

The problem is it's a fresh install from the download page and the key I'm entering is copied from the forum posting of the ...

I've had this happen on several .mkv files I'v gotton online - not every file faisl just one in a while.

What happens is the primary audi track is non-English so I just want to make a new version of the file with just English.

MakeMkv chugs away for a few seconds and just says "failed".

Which ...

Can we have a Preference or some other way of having sub titles ALWAYS NOT selected?

I NEVER output them and it's a pain to have to uncheck all the checkboxed manually every time.

And let's go right down to the heart of my biggest confusion point which is stopping me from diving into projects...

I encoded the same blu-ray tv show episide at 2 speeds that are next to each other on the Preset slider.

One file is slightly bigger than the other and using MediaInfo has a slightly higher *average* bitrate.
