Thanks for your answer, I am just a bit curious, that I could read the disk with savecopy without any bad block being reported. I also tried with anydvd hd inside a virtual machine and got a corrupted iso.

read error makemkv, savecopy finds no bad blocks
Hi I tried to copy kickass 2 into a mkv and get a read error every time I try. Cleaning the disc, choosing a different audio track etc. does not help. I can savecopy the blu ray to an iso file (ubuntu 14.04) without a problem and no bad block turn up. Is this normal? Is this some kind of copy protec...
