That would be a fair assessment. What is the cost to purchase and is it a one time purchase with upgrades when they become available or pay on a schedule?

Registration key not being accepted
Today the program said my key expired, entered the key again and then it said the program was outdated. Installed the latest version, same serious of events. Uninstalled the program, even removing the registry entries, installed again same thing. I can't use the program anymore and it worked yesterd...

New to the program, have issues with two DVDs
I've successfully made a file from one DVD but when I tried to make a file from Man of Steel and Sherlock Holmes Game of Shadows the program never saw the movie from either disc. I've done some looking and most people say to go back to version 1.8.7 however I'm not ready to pay for the program since...
