Re: BatchMKV - batch GUI for MakeMKV
This program is great, has saved me hundreds of hours. Couple things: - I noticed if I add a lot of files (like 50), the program tends to crash. - Sometimes files fail to analyze, but then clearing them out and retrying works. - I've came across a few files that fail to convert/process, but both Mak...

Re: MakeMKV can't keep up with fast M2 drives?
Bump, any possible fixes? MakeMKV advertises that it will go as fast as your drive on the main website and that doesn't seem to be true at these speeds. Any way to contact the developer to let him know? MKVToolNix on the same setup remuxes an entire 50GB MKV in about 23 seconds. It's definitely Make...

MakeMKV can't keep up with fast M2 drives?
I have two 960 PROS, and transferring between them in windows I get 2GB/s. If I put an ISO on one, and the destination on another, I get about 750MB/s in MakeMKV. Processor usage doesn't exceed 20%. If I queue up 4 instances of MakeMKV, the total adds up to about 2GB/s. Should be getting 2GB/s with ...

Why do subtitle tracks sometimes not match up with discs?
I'd say 1 in 10 movies, the subtitles MakeMKV shows don't match up with the disc. There will sometimes be 3-4 english subtitle tracks, instead of the 1-2 when playing the movie in PowerDVD. If I verify english subs is track #2 by playing the disc in PowerDVD, then uncheck all sub tracks but #2 in Ma...

Re: MakeMKV Batch Converter
The biggest one being "Same as source" destination does not work. It just rips to a temp directory, but overwrites the file each time as others have pointed out. Some have had luck downgrading to the older version but that does it for me too. Another is, you can't browse mapped drives, mos...

Re: MakeMKV Batch Converter
Why can you not add MKVs? Let's say I want to send 100 MKVs through that have 2 audio tracks, and then have MakeMKV remove the second track. It won't allow you to add the MKVs, simply because the browser only shows ISO and TS files. Kinda a big limitation for no apparent reason? Also, Is the creator...

Re: Some BD/DVD ISOs fail to open
It appears that even though they go through DVDFab "successfully" there we're missing scenes. Looks like corruption that MakeMKV detects, but DVDFab doesn't.

Re: Make first subtitle track forced?
ignoreForcedSubtitlesFlag="false" flags forced subs in my MKVs, IF they are flagged on the BD so MakeMKV can recognize it. That does not appear to be the case for me, even if I set the forced flag on a subtitle track with MakeMKV, create it, then rescan that file with MakeMKV, it only sho...

Re: Make first subtitle track forced?
I tried those with no luck. It enables the subtitle track, but I want it flagged as forced so I don't need to always enable the track. To do this I have to type "df" in MKV Flags, but there seems no way to automate/force that other than a 1 by 1 basis? With over 2000 episodes, that would t...

Make first subtitle track forced?
Need to convert like 100 anime series... I need it to set the first, and only, subtitle track to forced and default (MKV flags: DF) without me having to every single time.
How do this with the selection rule? It doesn't seem to be possible.

Re: AnyDVD
Does MakeMKV play nicely with AnyDVD? Having had a few troublesome DVD's that MakeMKV cannot handle, I'm wondering if it is worth my while purchasing AnyDVD to handle the encryption while then using MakeMKV to rip the tracks? You'll get an annoying warning, but it's a warning that should of been re...

How to disable AnyDVD warning?
I'm in the process of converting over 100TB of BD ISOs that were ripped with AnyDVD to MKV, and this warning is driving me nuts. This only affected an incredibly old version of AnyDVD, and nothing in the last few years. I see no way to disable it, surely there is a config file or something somewhere...
