Mike, Wanted to give an update as I was able to resolve and verify these steps work. Since I am not able to demux MKV I had to use an alternative. That's not how 3D MVC video is stored on blu-ray. There is no separate eye. Mike, I may have been referring to the Base MVC and the Dependent MVC. MY 3D encoder calls them Left and Right Eye. Is this something that not a lot of people do? Or is MakeMKV not the right solution to obtain the Left and Right Eye Encoded files?

I am not worried about playback or if my 3D Soft Player works or not. I just need to find a way to obtain the individuals eyes.
