a button. disk to one file where perfect....

why are some disks (music) are one file others multi?
hello. sorry my English is not good, so I can't search the form . why are some disks crate a one file with chapters and other many small files? I have many music DVD and I wish. one file per disk with chapters. I use the free version.. can I deside in the full version? make mkv is the perfect toll f...
