Re: problem with the Lego movie bluray
Hi, thanks for your reply. Using the blu-ray directly in makeMKV has the same result. When I browsed the ISO/bluray, I found that most of the disk space was taken by a single file: ..\BDMV\STREAM\SSIF\00042.ssif this one is 34GB I never actually had to do anything with ssif files before. So I tried ...

Re: little problems with the Hobbit blu-ray
Maybe PaulCB wasn't aware of it.
But yes, that's also the software I use to watch 3D MKV.
Works like a charm but I only watched about 10-12 movies (all AVC 3D from blu-ray rips)

Re: little problems with the Hobbit blu-ray
Hi, I finally nailed it down! I'm not sure what I've done wrong but the the movie never played in 3D. So MediaInfo was right not to show the multiview count info. I decided to start from scratch: create an MKV from disk 1 create an MKV from disk 2 (witch exact same audio track and subtitle track as ...

little problems with the Hobbit blu-ray
hi there, I have created 2 ISO files of the The Hobbit, the desolation of Smaug 3D Blu-rays (2 disks) In MakeMKV, each ISO has a “Mpeg4-MVC-3D” video stream for disk 1, the movie is stored in file 00006.m2ts for disk 2, the movie is stored in file 00006.m2ts After I created the 2 MKV files (one for ...

Re: special char. in track name are scrambled in final MKV f
I'm not sure if this is actually related to makeMKV. I didn't have this issue just a few weeks ago, so I installed an older version (1.8.5) and I still have this problem. I haven't changed any windows regional settings but somehow this problem came up in January. In the meantime, I have to re-mux th...

special char. in track name are scrambled in final MKV file
Hi, I typically rename audio/subtitle track names with text like "Fran?ais" or "Espa?ol" but the ? and the ? are changed in the produced MKV file, e.g. the ? is replaced with ?§ I didn't have this problem in the past. It seems that this bug was came up in a recent release. But I ...
