I was experiencing the same issue today. I remembered I had previously updated to 1.9.1 in January.

The workaround I successfully used:

1. I grabbed the previous version 1.9.0 from: /download/old/
2. Uninstalled 1.9.1
3. Installed 1.9.0
4. Registered the new key
5. Confirmed the package was ...

Yes, have since reinstalled 1.8.8.

Problem, I believe, was: the prev key had run out on 1.8.7. I then upgraded to 1.8.8 without updating the key.

When I started 1.8.8 - I received the "evaluation key is out of date" message. When I went to paste the new key in - the form was greyed out and Ctl+V ...

I've since rolled back to 1.8.7. Updated the key successfully. I'll continue using this version for the time being.

Hi Mods,
I have 1.8.8 installed and am trying to "paste" the new key into the "Enter registration key" form.
Paste is not available as an option.
Are you able to advise a workaround?
