Ah ... just looked into Beamer app, and ffmpeg is in there, so I am guessing that that is what is successfully demuxing the M2TS file (without glitch). What does MakeMKV use?

No I tried it both to a locally connected (USB) drive, and also to the built in drive. I had given up using MakeMKV in the past as often I could produce several rips of the same title, all with different checksums :( I want to love MakeMKV, but it's a bit erratic ;) I wonder if the problem stems fro...
