Re: Hell Fest (2018 - USA) unable to find the correct title
Update - I tried using Process Monitor with PotPlayer and it is showing 150 as the correct .mpls, I'm ripping that now to test.
Update 2 - Had a chance to watch it and it's definitely not 150, the toilet scene is repeated 3 times out of order, and them arriving at the event gets repeated. Sigh.

Hell Fest (2018 - USA) unable to find the correct title
For the life of me I can't find the correct title, Java doesn't detect the mainfeature and process monitor comes up with .mpls 403 which has a copyright error screen as the 2nd segment.
This is the one I have:

That makes sense, appears the disc is a MOD (manufactured on demand), it appears legit and was purchased through Pop.Market on ebay. I'm guessing it's something with how Paramount put the disc together. Thanks for the reply.

I use BD3D2MK3D to convert to full 1080P SBS and playback with Skybox on a Meta Quest 2, works perfectly.

Road Trip (2000) "Unr8d" Edition AnyDVD warning
I received a pop-up warning that AnyDVD was running when opening this disc in MakeMKV. I do not have AnyDVD installed and have never installed it on this system. Is this a quirk with the disc itself? I had just ripped the 4K of Hotel Artemis before this and had no error.
Re: Bad Disc?
If it still fails try backing up the disc with decryption unchecked then try creating the MKV from the backup (Open File, select the BDMV\index file). Just ran into this with the 4K of Postal.

Re: Walt Disney Short Films Collection
I get "Failed to open disc" on both the disc itself as well as a full backup of the disc. There were no errors when backing up the disc. Edit - Figured it out, I had the minimum length selection set to 900 seconds (15 minutes) which was longer than any of the shorts so MakeMKV didn't find ...

Re: Flash Gordon 40th Anniversary 4K (Studio Canal)
It worked after I put the LG firmware on my Asus drive, ripped with zero errors, I put the Asus firmware back on after ripping it and haven't had any more problems. The firmware I used was WH16NS60. My drive is the ASUS BW-16D1HT.

Re: [US] Full Metal Jacket - BestBuy UHD
Weird, it read from a 7200RPM hard drive to an NVME SSD and it finally completed successfully. There was 1 warning during the operation that it was reading faster than could write which considering that it was going to an NVME SSD seems absurd. I wonder if this UHD simply has a higher bitrate than a...
