I have the exact same problem with the same disc, I had to rip using dvd decrypter with 0 retries and ignore read error, VTS_02_1 was unreadable by most apps I tried, only cloneDVD2 was able to somewhat fix it using some kind of voodoo, this vob now works, I just have the first chapter twice as long...
