Re: Payment Options
I paid long ago, so a non issue for me -- but fairy dust would be a nice option if not available.

GUI Wonky on 4k Display
Hi, love the product, donated a long time ago.
I recently updated to 4k displays, and the GUI looks terrible on them. Words are cut off, etc.
Any plans to fix this sometime soon?
OS is W8.1 Pro, might have something to do with its built in display scaling?

Re: Latest version fails to rip anything with LPMC Audio
Given the complete lack of complaints that MakeMKV won't rip Kill Bill 1 coupled with the fact that this bug only exists in version 1.8.12 and I'd say you have a dirty/faulty disc on your hands. Well, no. It's brand new right out of the package so it certainly isn't dirty. Also it rips every other ...

Excuse me? I posted a thread with logs and got exactly 0 responses. I then followed up in my thread and another with exactly what the problem is.Woodstock wrote:Three posts saying "it doesn't work". Not one offering any information that might be helpful.

Re: 1.8.12 / Error ripping disc
It's the LPCM audio track. Had a similar problem ripping one of my own videos that had this on it. Ripped everything else just fine except for the main track0, which has a DD 5.1 track and an LPCM track. I've ripped LPCM in the past with no problem, so I took a quick look at the 1.8.12 change log a...

Well, I figured out the problem. It's the LPCM audio track. As soon as I tried to rip it w/o it, everything went fine. Thanks @Ravik http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8209#p35051 It's the LPCM audio track. Had a similar problem ripping one of my own videos that had this on it. Ri...

I only had the problem with the one disc. I was successfully able to rip three other BD and a DVD that same session without issue.

Superbad instantly fails
Tried ripping Superbad on 4 different LG UH12NS30 drives and each time it instantly fails. Never encountered this before. The discs looks absolutely pristine. Any ideas? Alien (1979) - Lengths are not correct
Hi, I am trying to rip Alien (1979) and the lengths don't appear to be correct. In my player the lengths were 1:56:34 and 1:55:46 for the Theatrical and Director's cuts, but both titles on MakeMKV show as less than 1:55?
