Hi guys The movie "Wonder" (feat. Julia Roberts) 2017, show about 50 identical descriptions "Wonder - 16 chapters(s), 30.1GB" and of course each have a different segment mapping. I don't know which to choose. Anyone else ran into this issue? Of course I'm running the latest versi...

Defaut Output Folder with AutoMounter

Hi gang, I'm running MakeMKV on MacOS. I'm also using the AutoMounter app to mount my NAS shares, so a typical path would look like this /Users/jean/Library/Containers/nz.co.pixeleyes.AutoMounter/Data/Mounts/192.168.1.200/SMB/Transit/MakeMKV So, I've setup the MakeMKV data directory to that same pat...

Re: Audio track not automatically selected on some BD

Indeed I set it up to Interface Language: Eng Prefered language: Eng but the problem was that only French was on the BD! That might explain a few things! :) Now I've set them to : Interface Language: Eng Prefered language: None So for future French movies (and setup that way), should I expect MakeMK...

Audio track not automatically selected on some BD

Hi, For the second time now, I realize, after finishing up the conversion with HandBrake that the audio track is no where to be found (thus no sound in the movie file) When going back to MakeMKV, you clearly see that the program didn't checked any Audio tracks by default, like it normally does all t...

Re: New activation code till end of March 2015 doesn't work

1. Change your computer date back to Jan 29th
2. Start MakeMKV and it will tell you the key has been removed
3. Restart MakeMKV
4. Register with the Key (T-fYWqZ5aJ9q89wyzdBuNeCpufU1JlFApsQi2eCoYqVhRYQEFWoacW2qjStHO8RaAGXo)
5. Restart MakeMKV
6. I'm currently ripping a new BD I bought
Cheers!

mac os x screen saver not kicking in while converting

Hi,
anyone experiencing the same annoying issue: when MakeMKM is doing a BluRay conversion the Screen Saver doesn't kick in... so my display is always on until the conversion process is complete... When it's done, then the Screensave will work.

thx
J.

Re: Hardware Error: Can I skip the faulty file

Hi, I've tried the same BD on another USB reader and got the same error. By the way, that's the only details MakeMKV reports: "Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00006.m2ts' at offset '3994417152'" So it seems that's the BD that faulty. ...

Re: Hardware Error: Can I skip the faulty file

Hi, I've tried your approach --- thx a lot! On the left side I get all the Titles If I select only the movie file (the biggest one) I was anxious to see if the faulty .m2ts (00081.m2ts) was included or not on the right side.... (Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR' occurred whil...

Re: Hardware Error: Can I skip the faulty file

Hi, Yes I'm doing a backup of a BluRay. I'll then use HandBrake to convert the backup. So I've got this BD and the backup always returns a "Backup Fail" at the same place with this 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00006.m2ts' at offse...

Re: Hardware Error: Can I skip the faulty file

I get the hardware error WHILE reading the entire disk (in this case it's Alexander the Great)
It always stop on the same track.
I'd like MakeMKV to skip this faulty track and continue reading the rest

Hardware Error: Can I skip the faulty file

Hi all, From time to time I hit a HARDWARE ERROR trying to read a BluRay. It there a way to tell MakeMKV to skip this track (for example: /BDMV/STREAM/00091.m2ts" I've notice the "default selection string" in the Advanced Preferences. Is there a command line or a key in that string th...
