I have a disc image so I'm guessing that one of the m2ts files might be corrupted. It's able to make mkvs out of other chapters on the disc. Is there software that can analyze and repair such problems?

When I load MakeMKV for the first time, It often crashes with an error dialog that says "Fatal error occurred, program will now exit." When I load it a second time, it seems to work fine.
