I have several HDDVD rips (and a few BD) that are VC1. Those won't play well on my HTPCs (Raspberry Pi and Acer Revo 1600) running XBMC.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know it's not possible to do a 1:1 conversion, but as close to that as possible would be ideal.

I'm ripping all the english subs, but sometimes they're not working, though there's not a "forced" section.
District 9 I noticed didn't work properly.

Question about subtitles
So. I just ripped my entire bluray collection, and something went wrong somewhere. For most movies, it won't be an issue, but I noticed on Iron Man that while I can turn the English subs on and off, as I wanted, the translation subs are missing, for when other characters are speaking another languag...
