Re: MakeMKV crash after loading
I just changed motherboard, cpu, ram, disk, and reinstalled Windows. MakeMKV works fine now with the same discs that failed prior to the changes.

MakeMKV crash after loading
MakeMKV 1.10.5 crashes with a popup saying "fatal error occurred, program will now exit". This happens after loading of a blu-ray. The loaded title list is displayed behind the popup. The last visible entry in the log is "operation successfully completed". Reverting to 1.10.1 res...

Re: Chima never finishes opening
1.9.9 started fine and I could open the preferences without crashing. Jumping to 1.10.3 reintroduced crashing (fatal error occurred...). 1.10.1 no crash. 1.10.2 crashes. Will continue with 1.10.1 for now. If I can assist further in locating the error please let me know.
Thanks for the help Woodstock.

Re: Chima never finishes opening
It's much easier if you provide information by pasting the text in to your message, rather than linking to screen shots. It also gets around the need for a moderator to approve your post because of the links. Thanks for the heads up. Will do. You should also look in the Windows Event Viewer and see...

Re: Chima never finishes opening
Changing which USB port I connect the drive to, I got the blu-rays to open properly. While blu-rays rip correctly, the issue with the DVD persists.

Re: Chima never finishes opening
The plot thickens. Simultaneously, all the blu-rays I attempt to rip fails on load as well. This happens after getting the "operation successfully completed" message in the log . I get a popup saying "fatal error occurred, program will now exit". Fortunately no deaths seem to hap...

Re: Supernatural: Season 2 - Not separate episodes?
Sorry for bringing back this old thread but the issue seems to be valid still. I am in the process of ripping Fringe. Ripping to smb location no longer works
After upgrading to 1.8.8 from 1.8.7 I get a 'folder does not exist' (or something to that effect) whenever clicking the start rip button to an smb location. The save popup to pick a target location will not allow a smb location. When selecting my NAS in the tree to the left I get an error about the ...

Re: Periods changed to underscores in filenames
I am having the same issue with MakeMKV 1.8.3 on Windows 8 64 bit. I set the name 'Rome.s02e02.Son of Hades'. The file name is automatically set to 'Rome_s02e02_Son_of_Hades'. I then set the file name to 'Rome.s02e02.Son of Hades', the exact same as the name. The file name actually used is 'Rome_s02...
