Is it 800.mpls, 802.mpls or 800.m2ts?

Sorry to bump up an old thread. I wanted to add that that DVDFab is reporting 603 as the correct playlist. DVDFab shows that 603 has 17 chapters, but MakeMKV is showing it has 16. Anyone knows why that is?

How can I view the skipped titles?
I am trying to rip the Hunger Games bluray but MakeMKV skips the 00665 playlist (which supposedly is the valid one) due to it being equal to 00076 playlist. How can I view the skipped playlists? How can I tell MakeMKV to not skip playlists even though they may be equal to another? http://imageshack....
