Hello,
I always use english and german audio tracks if possible. If each audio track has a name XBMC shows exactly that name an nothing else like "2/0" for german and english. If you use the key for changing audio you have no idea which language it is.
Solution is to have no name for audio tracks ...

I get always the default flag set for audio and subtitle.
my settings:

ignoreForcedSubtitlesFlag="false"

setFirstAudioTrackAsDefault="false"
setFirstSubtitleTrackAsDefault="false"
setFirstForcedSubtitleTrackAsDefault="false ...
