I have no issues with a BD25 or BD50.
I was looking for a program which would convert MKV to BD structure without having any loss.
I think I found the solution with with the above mentioned software.

I think you misunderstood the question. It is more of a question on the easiest method to take an MKV and proceed to a Blu-Ray file format playable of your stand-alone player.
