On the Nordic edition there are 5 titles with 36 chapters. The first one is the "original" and the other 4 are the same only with some added credits parts etc. in their respective language. I assume this goes for all other editions that have translations.

On further reflection, is there a post somewhere that lists all of the DVDs and BRs that MakeMKV CANNOT "Make into MKVs?" For example, off the top of my head I have had problems with

Jurasic Park BR
Matilda DVD

When viewing in PLEX ...

When ripping Brave, I noticed that it creates two subtitle tracks for each Nordic language except Swedish (which seems odd) and two for English (one normal and one SDH).
Now, seeing that the second subtitle track seems empty, I assume it contains forced subtitles. But they are not marked as forced ...
