I just used the current version 1.8 of makemkv for the first time with Life of Pi Bluray. It put the english subtitle in automatically. Even when I unchecked all of the subtitle checkboxes, the subtitle was still there. The option was greyed out using either Windows Media Player or Powerdvd 12 Ultra...
