Well, mkvtoolnix see only one subtitle stream.

Hi. Tnx for your program. I have a problem on one disk. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012) {2-Disc Edition} Blu-ray 3D CEE 1080p AVC DD5.1 I select only Russian audio and Russian forced subtitles. MakeMKV make it work without errors. But during playing mkv file I see Russian and English forced...
