Hi
I thought I would try this software as it has great reviews but when I install the beta to try this for 30 days I keep getting a message to says its too old and the program does not run ?
I am installing the latest version 1.10.6 for Windows

Turned out it was only the 1 video which had an odd ratio and all the rest are fine, must be the way I encoded it originally.

I'm new to this forum and mkv converting and some videos I have converted seem to display the people tall and skinny ?
Is this a common problem and if so how can this be resolved etc. ?
