I'm trying to MKV my Lord of the rings blurays,since they are extended versions each movie is in two blurays, is there anyway that I can merge two disks in one file?

How does it work when you use the original disk, rather than an ISO of it? Early in the log, it says the AACS directory is missing, so MakeMKV assumes it is an unencrypted disk.
