Nope not related to Expert/Advanced mode, now every time MakeMKV recognizes the main feature. So not sure why it didn't to begin with.

If you have Java installed, did you look up towards the top of the list? MakeMKV will sort the titles it thinks are correct towards to top of the list, with "(FPL_MainFeature)" next to one on the first page. It won't be in numeric order. When I tried using MakeMKV, it said Java had failed...
