The only work around I found is to turn off the flaky drive for about 10 minutes and then try again. It is cumbersome to add this delay between rips but it does let me limp alon...

I have one Windows system that is working fine with a WH16NS40 drive to rip 4k media. Another drive that I purchased about 1 year ago for another system has stopped working. When 4K media is inserted, it just says "No Disc". I just purchased a replacement drive and it exhibits the same beh...
