MakeMKV for Windows: default setting subtitles (off)

Hi, is there any way to turn off the selection of subtitles by default in the Windows-Version?
As far as I could find out there is a way for the commandline version, but that doesn't help me.

The Source DVD is in pristine condition and not scratched at all.
This seems to be some kind of copy protection.
