The error received was BD+ code processed but no FUTS obtained.

Season 4 disc 2 had errors. I uploaded dump file to drop box.

How do you locate the dump file on your mac?

I do see that it downloads the SVQ files but I am not sure how to download the latest dsall.svq? Would there happen to be a guide or can you advise?

I have been trying to figure this out too. I did a response that if it is a known BD+ it only takes about a day. But that is all I have gotten. I have sent in a couple of SQV files (not sure if I did it right since the directions aren't very clear and can't seem to get answer from anyone to make sur...

How do you handle adding subtitles in? I haven't tried to combine them, but to add the subtitles I used makemkv to rip the files from the disc and then used mkvtools, BDSup2Sub, Mkvtoolinx and then used handbrake. Can I do all of this and then follow the steps above to combine and then rip again wit...

Under preferences I have BD+ checked to create the dump file, but I am unable to locate the file on my Mac. I get a path name, but I can't seem to follow the path. I have searched for it using finder but still can't find it. Am I doing something wrong?
