solved, it's decryption issue. hope next version has enough build-in decryption features.

maybe this is just another decryption issue that makemkv has. use other software redo it and no flickering anymore. the only difference is decryption features. FYI

hope next version could come with more decryption features build-in.

ripped POC-on stranger tide, when video in dark scenes, it's very obvious that flickering dark and bright in a slow speed. anyone has same issue?

more info, it's MakeMKV v1.7.9 win(x86-release)
