ok we checked the disc and it was clean and i tried it on MakeMKV on another PC and it opened the disc fine. Put it back in the first PC and it failed again. I must admit that since the DVD was brand new in the sleeve i didn't bother to check that it was clean. I will check that and get back to you. Is that the only indicator in the log file?
