Bought a Verbatim 43888 (LG BU40N inside!) from MartyMcNuts this week.
Great communication, fast postage (I got Express) and I couldn't be happier.
I opened it up today, plugged it in and ripped my new 4k copy of Escape From New York with MakeMKV.
Worked flawlessly.
