Welcome to the wonderful world of subtitles! Every disc can be mastered in a different way, so there will never be a simple rule that indicates what you need to do to get the forced subs. You could use a subtitle converter application like BDsup2sub, or Subtitle Edit, to scan through the subtitles ...

Ok guys, maybe you can help me here. I just decided to stick with DVD's vs. Blu Rays and just use MakeMKV and keep the 4 - 5GB file size. I am still having problems with subtitles though. Thanks. When you were talking about the NB's did you mean the Handbrake NB's or MakeMKV NB's? Also on the first statement since it can vary depending on the disc, if you have two files on the disc that are 25GB do you review both tracks first to chose which one you want to rip? I am new to using makemkv so bear with me. After I scan the blu ray disc, it decrypts it and then gives me the options of what I want to rip...should I only be chosing one of the choices (usually the largest file size around 25GB +/- depending on the movie)?
