I've tried quite a few times and cannot get through I also have the new mission impossible final reckoning disc that will not open so I cannot get to the key which should be available. It was submitted to support. I'm not sure if that's where it was supposed to go or not but what I read that was my guess. And it has a different key from the other submission.

Not new encryption and may not be a bad disc. This happens alot wihth UHD discs! Give the disc a good cleaning before trying again. Thanks for the response I'm working on another one right now. As soon as it finishes I will clean it and try it again. If it is a bad disc though this is the last time...

Just received my disc today and when I try to open it up it give me over 200 hash key errors. It would not give me a dump file to put on here. Could anybody help me figure out if the disc is bad or if it's just a new encryption. Not new encryption and may not be a bad disc. This happens alot wihth ...
