Is your drive LibreDrive enabled? Upgrading my drive to LibreDrive made it work, before upgrading it was hanging. 1.18.3 on Debian 13.

I think the issue is just that it only works with Libredrive enabled drives.

My drive was not enabled, and it just spun forever. Flashed the drive and it worked fine. 1.18.3 on Debian 13.

Version 1.18.3 works for me after flashing my drive with LibreDrive firmware on Debian 13.

Before flashing with LibreDrive I got the infinite spin. After flashing it works fine.
