hello , after having fucked up a asus bw16 counterfeit , i bought 2 pioneer drive , one br209 DBK (used ) and one bdr211ubk (supposed brand new) the 209 cant read UHD but blu-ray are ok , can I flash it or not ? the 211 seems ok for uhd and classic BD can you please have a look on makemkv screenshot...

ok here we are , drive seems back to life now (with BH16NS40 DOSFLASH from the video link) so dvds are ok , tried BRs and : the prestige : ok abyss (from new version ) : not ok so why ? i dont rip , just play discs live in my tiny cine-room with htpc and use Xreveal for BR protections here is screen...

I use dosflash 2.0 , probably not the bh16ns40 one . Its ok even with an Asus drive ?

so if understand : first i have to downgrade FW with SDF (i try to 1.01 fw , the one installed when i get the drive but i have an error mesage " 0x82052400" and ... DOSFLASH cant see the port of the drive ( the list stay blank) ( i exe the x64 version as my system is win11 x64 version) so ...

Not sure if that's what you talking about but i already tried yo make a recovery with 1.01 firmware and modified Asus tool picked up here on the forum and i cant , have error message each time. If this is not the way can you please lead me to the dedicated recovery guide ?
