This functionality (show which MPLS are fake) is coming to MakeMKV. It's unlikely to be in the next version though. Your only choice for now is to put the disc into BD player and see if it can show playlist being played (either on a LED panel or info button on a remote). Thanks for the reply Mike! ...

yeah that is the same one thought might be it, but the chapter length was different... going to test now. I hear people with AnyDVD HD aren't having issues, but I am OS X so I hope Make MKV brings an update soon.

Which one is the correct file? Is there a new version of MakeMKV coming that will combat this?
