I copied that CFG file into the C:\Users\xxx\.MakeMKV folder and retried the disc and this time it worked! I'm not sure how MakeMKV is picking up a file in that folder that was never there before? Why does it read that file at all? Also I did send the TGZ file to the makemkv email address a few hour...
