Having some issues with flashing this drive

I originally flashed to this HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BU40N-1.03, no issues flashing
Then disc drive wouldn't open (was working before)
Looked around the forums some more and saw that people were flashing to this instead ...

I am a total noob at this so forgive me if the answer is obvious. I have spent a few hours trying to figure it out on my own with no luck. I keep seeing this error makeMKV.jpg .

I tried a few different USB-C cables as well.
Enclosure is plugged directly into mobo, I don't think it is a power draw issue. I have x870 mobo hooked up to a 1200W PSU.

I also tried USB A which didn't change things.. Tried using a VPN to prevent potential ...
