Hey Guys, I ended up buying LG BU40N 1.03MK drive. Is that fairly decent? Cant really afford to pay £300 - £500 for drives from the links shared here. Too expensive for me.

Thanks for your reply. Sounds like I've royally fucked it up, yes. I bought this for £70 on Alixpress. Honestly, I haven't really got hours to pour over obscure methods.
