What country are you in? Sometimes sellers exclude certain countries that have a high volume of false claims of missing products, not as advertised etc... Ebay has scammers on both the seller and buyer side.

I swap all my slims from the Y cable with A over to a mini/micro etc... with usb-c on the other side. More convenient and provides plenty of power for the LG line and Asus line of slims on a MacBook.
