Hopefully someone can help me. I'm a frail first time poster so please treat me as a noob. I have a Verbatim 43888 with Pioneer BDR-UD04 drive. Firmware from 2020 . I've been sucessfully backing up my 4K movies to Plex except for one of the movies: Batman (1989) ... It seems the drive is not able to...
