I went out and got a Maxell Maxlink lens cleaning disc. Ran it through both drives. I am still getting the same issues. Is there another way to clean the drive? Any alternatives if cleaning isn't the answer?

I am in the same boat for a Pioneer BDR-S12U and BDR-S13UBK the above fix (deleting _private_data.tar and setting to offline) did not work. I have also tried cleaning the disks (though all of them are brand new out of the packaging) and the readers. I have tried multiple USB ports and both my Linux ...
