Do I just copy and paste the file into the Makemkv folder through program files?

Probably more like "drag and drop" the KEYDB.cfg file into your MakeMKV folder.

If MakeMKV has created any TGZ files for any of these disks then maybe upload these files into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and ...
