Having similar issues, though in Lion. I open up the application and it consistently crashes ~1 minute later. It gives me enough time to scan CD-ROM devices and designate a destination folder for data; if I'm quick, I can get it to start scanning. Regardless, the window(s) inevitably disappear, and ...
