Sounds like the same problem I am having. I just downgraded to 1.17 and it seems to work again. There are several other topics here about that. I think there might be a problem with 1.18 on Linux. 1. remove makemkv
2. remove the ~/.MakeMKV dir
3. reinstall MakeMKV 1.18.2 (the last version I knew was working)
