Why is it the whole forced subtitle issue is so hard to deal with? I use MakeMKV and Handbrake to rip my BDs but getting the forced subtitles right is hit and miss. Why does my Blu-ray player know which ones and which tracks to select. Why cant MakeMKV give you the option as your Blu-ray player does ...

I bought the new Bond 50 Bluray collection in the UK, I've attempted to rip all 22 discs to put on my Apple TV but the following "failed to open disc":-

* A View To A Kill
* The Living Daylights
* Tomorrow Never Dies

All the others ripped fine, if it helps I can send the logs in I'm using 1.7.7 ...
